Bisher Glück gehabt, aber ohne Heilserwartung von Übermut kein Spur

Hallo lieber Johann, 

ich bin noch ziemlich neu hier (ebenfalls Rektumkarzinom kurz vor dem Darmverschluss), lese mich hier ein wenig durch und finde es sehr schade, dass du bisher keine Antwort bekommen hast. Ich hatte meine OP am 19. Dezember. Das vorläufige Stoma war wohl dann doch nicht erforderlich. Von 25 Lymphknoten war einer befallen und der Darmtumor infiltrierte in die Gebärmutter. Daher wurden auch gleich Gebärmutter, Eierstöcke und Eileiter entfernt. Die Empfehlung des Tumorboards: 6 Monate adjuvante Chemo, die letzten Monat, am 19. Februar starten sollte. Doch da ich noch immer starke Schmerzen während dem Wasserlassen habe, ich mittendrin pausieren muss, da diese Stiche sonst unerträglich werden, wäre ich für die Chemo aktuell meinem Onkologen nicht "gesund" genug, so seine Aussage. Vor meiner Darm-OP waren Leber und Lunge im CT und MRT unauffällig. 

Nur habe ich jetzt natürlich Angst, da mir die Zeit davon läuft. Schließlich ist meine OP ja nun auch schon 10 Wochen her. Damit will ich sagen das eine adjuvante Chemo doch bestimmt auch in einem gewissen Zeitraum erfolgen sollte? Ich fühle mich angesehen von den Schmerzen noch immer sehr erschöpft und würde am liebsten die ganze Zeit über nur Liegen. Das muss doch eine Ursache haben, dass ich noch so schlapp bin? Ich war bereits beim Urologen, da ich schon seit Jahren durch diese Urinteststreifen (Combur 10) ständig Nitrit und Blut im Urin habe. Der Urologe verschrieb mir ein Antibiotika, doch nichts hat sich geändert. Momentan weiß ich wirklich nicht weiter, nächster Termin bei meinem Onkologen wäre am 11. März, um dann mit der adjuvanten Chemo zu beginnen. Das wäre dann 11 Wochen nach meiner OP...

Wie geht es dir denn zwischenzeitlich? Welche Chemo hast du bekommt und hast sie gut vertragen?

Also so ganz genau scheint man es nicht zu wissen; Modelle scheinen aber einen frühen Beginn nahezulegen.

In demselben Artikel wurden übrigens die Auswirkungen einer perioperativen Chemotherapie untersucht (d.h. schon parallel zur Resektion des Primärtumors). Dabei wurde jedoch keine Verbesserung der Überlebenschancen konstatiert.
